Aged French Traditional Aperitif Ratafia Champenois

Excellent quality sweet aperitif Ratafia de Champagne amber color which is produced from grapes that were previously produced champagne and aged in wooden barrels. Then this must is enhanced with brandy of wine origin before fermentation. In this way it offers us aromas of dried fruits (apricot, peach, fig), coffee, walnut and vanilla. Its sweet taste and rich character make it a suitable accompaniment for desserts such as an apple pie or syrupy traditional sweets. It also goes well with foie gras, melon with prosciutto, but also with strong, blue cheeses (such as Roquefort).

Served very chilled 6-9°C without ice in a wine or champagne glass, Vintage: NV, Grape variety: Pinot Noir – Pinot Meunier, 750 ml, 18% vol.
