Tsililis Aprilis Rosé Sparkling Brut 2024, 750 ml, 12.5% vol by the Tsililis family was first released in the homonymous month of 2021 and is a sparkling dry rosé wine from the Limniona and Xinomavro varieties, organically grown. It has a light rosé color and persistent bubbles with a distinctive exotic fruit character. Its bubbles are produced by secondary fermentation in a closed tank. Its mouth is pleasant with a complex aromatic character and refreshing acidity, which is ideally balanced by the discreet sweetness and the long and fruity aftertaste. It is served as an aperitif and goes well with dried fruits, Italian pizza, shellfish and appetizers.
